Once payment is successfully verified, orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak seasons, promotional sales, or festive periods, order processing may take up to 3–4 working days. Custom-made or pre-order jewellery items require additional preparation time of 2–5 working days before dispatch.
Zorina ships orders across India using reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier serviceability. Typically:
Deliveries to metro cities take around 2–4 working days
Non-metro cities may take 4–7 working days
Remote or rural locations can take up to 10 working days
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines.
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this value are charged a flat ₹49 shipping fee. After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Re-dispatch can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping charges. At present, Zorina delivers only within India. International shipping options will be introduced in the future, with customs duties and related charges borne by the recipient.
While delays due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances are rare, Zorina cannot be held responsible for such delays. However, our team will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue. If a package is confirmed lost during transit after courier verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please decline delivery where possible or ensure you record an unboxing video immediately. Contact our support team within 24 hours with supporting photos or videos for review. Customers are advised to double-check their shipping address and contact number at checkout, as Zorina is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
