At Zorina, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if: You received the wrong product The product is damaged or defective The size, fit, or style is not suitable There is any other genuine issue with the item To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition, including: Original packaging Tags, labels, and protective materials Accessories received with the product Products that are damaged, washed, altered, or missing original packaging/materials will not qualify for return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your product via: Email: info@zorina.com Website return form Chat support Our team will respond promptly with instructions for the next steps.
3. Exchange Process If you choose to exchange an item, we will: Replace it with the same product OR replace it with the correct size or variant (as applicable) Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refund Process Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check by our QC team. After approval: Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method. COD Orders:- Refund will be issued as a Zorina Gift Voucher, or a cheque can be provided upon request. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after QC approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items:- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include: Used or worn jewellery Products damaged after delivery Items returned without packaging or accessories
6. Order Cancellations:- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Delivered orders can be processed only under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee.
7. Our Commitment Zorina is committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience. If you have any questions or concerns about your return or exchange, our support team is always ready to assist.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted. Return requests must be made through email, chat, or the website return form. Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
