What is Zorina’s Shipping Policy?
At Zorina, our goal is to deliver your purchases quickly and in perfect condition. Typically, delivery takes 5-6 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate information when entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number:
Include your complete address: House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.
Verify that City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details are correct to prevent misrouting.
Ensure your Phone Number (preferably mobile) is accurate and reachable, as we may need to contact you for delivery issues.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available at the address to pay with exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, do not accept it and contact us immediately at +91 7011074358 (9 AM – 6 PM) or email hellozorina@gmail.com.

Note: We take great care in packaging your order securely with proper boxing and security tapes. However, once it’s with the courier, the parcel undergoes several handling processes. We recommend not accepting any damaged shipments, as missing items will be your responsibility if the package is accepted in a damaged state.

Shipping Charges:
Orders of ₹599* or more are eligible for free delivery.
Orders under ₹599 incur a shipping fee of ₹60. This charge remains constant regardless of the order size.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
*Order value is calculated after discounts, VAT, GST, or other applicable charges.

How do I track my order?
You can check your order status by navigating to the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

How are orders delivered?
Orders placed on Zorina are dispatched through various courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, XpressBees, Speed Post, and others.
Does Zorina ship internationally?
Currently, Zorina only delivers within India.


Cancellation and Modifications
What is Zorina’s Cancellation Policy?

While we strive to fulfill every order, there may be instances where we must cancel orders due to limitations in stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team.
If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method upon request.
You may cancel an order before it is packed in our warehouse. Any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can update the shipping address before your order is processed (packed) by contacting us at +91 7011074358 or via email at hellozorina@gmail.com.

When will I receive my refund?
For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is necessary as payment is not made until delivery. For Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days of cancellation.

Payment Terms
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery. Currently, we do not accept Cheques or Demand Drafts.
