At Zorina, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please review the guidelines below:

Returns:
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
How to Return: To start the return process, contact our customer support at hellozorina@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item. Provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product.
How to Exchange: To request an exchange, reach out to our customer support team at hellozorina@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Exchange Procedure: Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. After receiving the returned item, we will quickly dispatch the replacement.
